When We All Win

Mums

It’s been a little while since I’ve written something to float all over the Internet. There have been more private chats and I’ve let things happen as they please… Not so scheduled. Not so hard on myself. Priorities are arranging themselves more naturally and it just feels good. It’s a process. But in all that, things have been stirring and I just don’t know how to form the words and sentences for them yet, but other people have.

Freely Give {at the HSBA Post}

Today I’m at the HSBA Post talking all about giving- freely. Giving when it’s hard to give. Giving when you feel like you don’t have anything to give. If you have a bit of time, get comfy, grab your favorite beverage, and click on over. I’d love to have you!

The International Princess Project

Note: If you are under 18, please have your parent(s) with you when reading this post and visiting the links.

Have you heard of the International Princess Project? They advocate women enslaved in prostitution and restore the lives of those women. Their stories are broken. These women and their mission is beautiful. The reality of  the number of women and children enslaved in this is not beautiful.

You can help. You can pray. You can buy their Punjammies. You can donate.

This could be us. This isn’t a fictional story about some women and children half way around the globe. This is a reality for those women and us. The U.S. isn’t excluded. It isn’t pretty. It’s actually pretty gory. But that’s the reality of our world. Our world. Let that sink in.
