I have grown up in a little bitty country town in western Kentucky, where everyone knows everyone else’s name, with hopes and dreams of a big college in a big city. My heart is captured by everything around me. I find little pieces of beauty in unlikely, desperate places. My soul runs freest in the middle of nowhere, where I came from. I’m a traveling soul in more ways than one.
I’m a southern belle to the core, but there’s a little shimmer of west cost freedom in there. I’m 50/50 right brained and left brained. I’m a conglomeration of type A and type B; the organized and the messy. I don’t like the chains that bind or titles that dictate and stereotype – I like throwing them to shambles much better.
I believe in love. I believe in standing up for people that can’t. I believe in fun. I believe in being fearless. Life is messy, but it’s beautiful.
